The availability request for a stay at B&B Agapanto can be made through the Booking Forms on this site. We will answer to availability requests in a timely fashion and leaving instructions for booking.

Minimum stay: we accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights.

Methods of payment: to confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to pay a 30% deposit in advance, by bank transfer; balance could be payd in cash, by check or visa on arrival.

Documents: upon arrival is essential to present an ‘identity document for each guest, to allow it to register in accordance with current laws. In the case of minors, these must be accompanied by at least one parent or be equipped with a special signed authorization.

Check in: the rooms are available after 12.00 hours. Please kindly indicate your estimated time of arrival or any delay in order to ensure our presence at the time of your arrival. In case the arrival time will not release the check in will be from 12.00 to 18.00.

Check out: Rooms must be left not later than 10.00.

Per room reduction for a stay of 7 nights or more: 10%;

Children from 0 to 2 years: free;

Children over 2 years: 15% discount on the price per adult.

Pets: not allowed.

Smoking: We are sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the common areas.

Transfer from and / or to the port: only on request and at an additional cost.

Breakfast and tidying rooms: unless other agreements made, a buffet breakfast is provided as a rule from 8.00 to 10.00. The rearrangement of the rooms will be made from 10.00 to 12.00 hours; linen changed every three days.

Cancellation and / or cancellation of your stay: in case of cancellation by the customer, communication must be received in writing; we will do our best to meet customer needs by moving the reservation but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows:

Cancellations received within the 15 days before the arrival no penalty; the deposit will be returned.
Cancellations received between 14 days and the planned date of arrival: will incur a penalty of 30% of the total amount agreed, corresponding to the advance paid.
In case of No Show (no cancellation) will be due the full amount of the stay.
Early departure: any changes must be promptly notified in advance; if the customer during the stay decides to leave early before the due date, it will still have to pay the amount of indoor living.
Inability to accept the reservation: If due to majeure force or impossibility, the B & B Agapanto was forced to cancel your reservation, by mutual agreement with the client will attempt to find an alternative solution of the same class or higher; if this is not possible, as the earnest money will be refunded.

Booking a room at the B & B Agapanto is accepting the above conditions unconditionally.
